Meghan, the floral designer behind Twisted Bramble, creates seasonal, nature-inspired arrangements that reflect the beauty and rhythm of the Pacific Northwest. Guided by the natural shape, color, and texture of each bloom, her designs are organic, expressive, and a little untamed.

Rooted in sustainability, Meghan works exclusively with locally grown, seasonal flowers and never uses floral foam. Instead, she relies on compostable and reusable mechanics, proving that beauty and environmental responsibility can go hand in hand.

Her garden-inspired aesthetic is influenced by her training at the Tallulah Rose Flower School in England, where she studied on a historic estate surrounded by topiary gardens. That experience continues to shape her work, bringing a refined, timeless charm to every design.

Meghan collaborates with couples who value intentional, sustainable weddings—bringing their floral vision to life with care, creativity, and calm expertise.

Twisted Bramble never, ever uses floral foam. Why? What is it?

Twisted Bramble never uses floral foam.
A common industry shortcut, floral foam is made of microplastics and synthetic chemicals which is hardly fitting for an elevated celebration. Instead, I design with bespoke, foam-free mechanics using seasonal flowers, mosses, and natural materials, creating garden-forward florals that feel intentional, refined, and deeply rooted in place.
