6 Best Luxury Wedding Planners in Seattle in 2025

Finding a wedding planner in Seattle can be overwhelming and confusing. When selecting a wedding planner, you’ll want to make sure that their values align with yours, that you have confidence they’ll make your dreams a reality, and that you get along well with them!

It’s important to me that my couples have an amazing planner not only for their own sake, but because having the right planner is huge in bringing all of your floral dreams to life. As your floral designer, I’ll work hand-in-hand with your planner to make sure the florals fit seamlessly with table linens, the venue, your photographer’s style, and the overall aesthetic of your wedding. Hiring a planner who is great at being a team player is crucial not just for your sake, but for your vendors’!

How to Find the Right Seattle Wedding Planner for You

What’s the first thing you did when you started searching for a Seattle wedding planner?

Let me guess: you probably got online and Googled ALL the different options you have. Checked their prices. Requested a quote. Compared and contrasted. Did an eenie meenie miney mo.

I get it, you’re investing a lot into this day. You want to be thoughtful with how you spend your wedding budget—and you want to be sure you’re spending your hard-earned dollars on a planner who will not only understand your vision, but help you execute it flawlessly.

Here’s what you should consider when searching for a wedding planner, in a market where it feels like there are endless options:

1. Do their values align with yours? Are they environmentally friendly? Do they prioritize giving back to the community? Are they focused on diversity and inclusion? Ask if you’re unsure!

2. Did you laugh and have fun during the intro call/consultation? You’ll be working with them a lot, and they’ll literally be the person coordinating your entire day, so make sure you vibe!

3. Do their prices reflect their work and experience? If the price is crazy low, you’re probably not going to get what you’re asking for.

4. What specific services do they offer? Wedding planning and coordination can involve lots of different services at varying levels of support, so it’s important that you know what kind of support and expertise you’re looking for. On-site coordination only, or full-service planning months (or years) ahead? Logistical planning, creative design/styling, or both?

5. What have past clients said? Read reviews and get a glimpse of what to look out for or what to look forward to.

6 Best Luxury Wedding Planners in Seattle

One of my favorite things about all the planners I’m about to share with you?

They’re always down to tell me “We trust you, do your thing.” The hottest thing a couple or a planner can say.

I love it when I’m not expected to recreate something from Pinterest, or when I just get a budget and color palette, or even just a few words of their vision.

A floral designer (aka me) isn’t here to fulfill a flower order. Give me a direction, but not an order.

I’m here to think outside the box, create something bespoke for you, and collaborate with your other vendors to design a jaw-dropping experience.

Trust your planner, trust me, and let us work our magic together. ✨

Now, let’s move on to my list of the best luxury wedding planners in Seattle for every type of couple (that I love working with!).

For a Bespoke, White-Glove Planning Experience: Émerveillé Events

Emma and her team at Émerveillé Events design and execute modern, elegant, and timeless weddings and events every. Single. Time. Every individual detail is intentional for each couple to create an unforgettable experience for you and your guests. The Émerveillé Events team is incredibly professional and experienced. They are excellent at creating designs and visions for your day and making them a reality that surpasses what you had thought possible.

One of my all-time favorite experiences working with Émerveillé was this Sustainable Luxury Wedding at the Four Seasons Seattle, captured by my girl Alexandrae Photo. I was ecstatic when Emma reached out to me with the vision for a high-end bridal shoot inside of the Four Seasons, located right near the Seattle waterfront—and it turned out to be all things glam, lavish, and high-end from start to finish. I still can’t get over the combination of the white busts, the sharp geometric shapes, and the sprawling white amaryllis inside of the hotel lobby; a dream come true. Take a peek at the full gallery here!

Émerveillé Events full-service wedding packages begin at $10,200, and include unlimited consultations, budget and timeline development, and full support in finding the perfect vendors for you.

Hannah makes every wedding, elopement, and celebration memorable, meaningful, and custom for you, specializing in Signature Wedding Management services designed to cover all your basic coordination needs, with a super collaborative approach. For Queer & Offbeat Couples: Aisle Less Traveled

Aisle Less Traveled does such amazing work for their couples, especially when it comes to the LGBTQ+ community. If you’re envisioning a wedding without rules, filled with bold colors and modern touches, and a high-touch planning process from expert planners, you’ve found your people. Their website features all sorts of wildly cool couples and one-of-a-kind celebrations, from couples larping on their wedding day to Halloween-inspired parties and rainbow-themed costumes! Cindy and her team do an incredible job of providing their couples with excellent resources, and offering bespoke planning, design, and production services to meet every couple’s unique needs.

Full-service wedding packages with Aisle Less Traveled begin at $15,000, and they have a super cool event production service where they curate an entire, scaled-down preview of your wedding day for you to experience before the actual day itself. . . how awesome is that?

For Detail-Oriented Couples: Elevated Events by Tosha

For couples who thrive on details and knowing exactly what to expect, Tosha and her team are perfect for you, ready to combine their expert, creative magic with your unique vision. Elevated Events by Tosha will put in the hard work to provide you with an experience tailored just for you, personalizing each wedding with details you hadn’t even thought of. They work closely with your vendor team so that everything is planned perfectly. Specializing in intimate weddings allows Tosha and her team to curate a design that is bespoke to you while you sit back and enjoy being engaged.

Something I love about Elevated Events by Tosha? Their commitment to helping their couples break out of the wedding norms. Rather than following tradition and trying to chase every trend out there, they encourage you to rebel against what’s considered “normal” and create an intimate gathering that reflects your unique love story. With a collaborative planning approach and incredibly thorough services, you’ll be able to plan your dream day with ease as long as you’ve got Tosha and her team by your side.

Full-service wedding packages with Elevated Events by Tosha begin at $8,500, and include everything from a custom client portal with budget tracking & management, to design curation, to an emergency kit for you to carry around on the big day. I told you: they’ve truly thought of everything.

For Overwhelmed Couples: Gather and Cheer

An expert at multitasking, Eva from Gather and Cheer makes the magic happen no matter how disorganized, chaotic, or lost you feel (and let’s face it: wedding planning can often make you feel alllll those things). Eva believes that your wedding day should allow you to focus on the joy, the celebration, and the cheer, NOT all the miniscule details of what’s going on behind the scenes. I mean, it’s right in the name: “Gather and Cheer.”

What I love about Eva is that she is all about making her couples happy, and creating peace of mind for them every step of the way. This starts with granting couples access to their exclusive planning portal, vendor list, and multiple hours of personal meetings to talk details, and goes all the way through to the last song that plays at your reception.

You can read review after review about how Eva saved the day and was the calming presence a couple needed on their wedding day. You will feel heard and calm with Gather and Cheer, knowing that everything will be taken care of with a kind and talented planner. Eva provides her clients with thoughtful and creative suggestions, thorough and detailed planning, and the best day of their lives—and it shows when their big day finally arrives.

Gather and Cheer wedding packages begin at $10,400 for full-service planning and design, and their team will take over your planning literally the moment you book them. Talk about immediate relief!

For Community-Minded Couples: AE Events & Design

Looking for a wedding planner who’s just an overall great human, with a heart of gold, that will provide you with an amazing wedding? AE Events & Design is for you. They’re good people with a heart for the community, an eye for design, and a can-do attitude no matter what comes their way. Not only do Amy and her team give, give, and give to every couple they work with—they also give back to the community regularly, partnering with organizations such as Wish Upon a Wedding, Poppies & Puppies, and Spír Candle Co. And you know I love me a wedding vendor with a good cause!

Oh, and on top of their planning services, they offer floral and custom signage for your big day. So cool, right? Every detail of your wedding will be thoughtful, thoroughly planned, and reflective of your love.

Wedding packages with AE Events & Design begin at 10% of your event budget, dependent on your venue, and includes everything from in-person meetings to unlimited email access, planning templates to vendor recommendations, and day-of coordination to emergency wedding day kits. One review on their website mentions that “Amy was the glue that held their amazing day together,” and I can’t think of any better way to describe AE Events & Design!

How Much Does a Wedding Planner Cost in Seattle?

Great question! Unfortunately, I don’t have an easy answer to give you—every planner is so different, and every package + level of support they offer will vary. However, according to Aisle Less Traveled, the average cost of a luxury wedding planner in Seattle, in 2025, is $16,000.

You’ll see that the starting packages for the planners I’ve included in this list range from around $4,000–$11,000, but again, those prices differ for low-level support versus full-service planning. Rather than base your budget off of this average estimate, I’d recommend starting your planner search with an open mind and adjusting your budget based on who you end up loving, as well as how high an experienced planner is on your priority list.

While I may not be a luxury wedding planner myself, I am a luxury wedding florist—and if you read what I had to say at the beginning of this post, then you’ll know just how much your florist + planner will collaborate creatively to bring your dreams to life. I’d be more than happy to recommend additional planners if you’ve yet to find one that fits your vibe, as I’ve met many around the Seattle area—this is simply a list of my favorites that I’ve worked with time and time again!
