What an honor to be a part of this styled wedding at the Edmonds Waterfront Center for their open house last year! This gorgeous venue in Edmonds has become a real favorite of mine, and I cannot wait to show you the end result of all the hard work, creativity, & talent that were poured into this event.

Summer peaches & coastal blues
Nothing will ever beat summertime weddings on the coast of Washington–-truly. Clear blue skies, endless sunshine, waves crashing onto the shore, the gentle breeze blowing in your hair, sweeping views of Puget Sound. . . what’s not to love? I was thrilled when I was invited to be a part of this styled Edmonds Waterfront Center wedding, as I’d already gotten the opportunity to work at this gorgeous venue— it’s at the top of my list of venue recommendations in the greater Seattle area!
For this event, we focused on bringing together all the most vibrant, lively parts of summer, enhancing the coastal theme of the venue without distracting from the already spectacular landscapes. The summer-inspired floral arrangements featuring lush greens, rich purples, vivid pinks, and bright pops of peach paired beautifully with the coastal blues highlighted throughout the event decor, allowing the venue to really showcase the beauty of a Pacific Northwest summer at its best. I fell in love with the combination of this pale blue of the table adornments and the eye-catching pops of color used throughout the bouquets, centerpieces, and ceremony altar—and Jenn Tai & Co did a phenomenal job of capturing the essence of this summertime theme!

About this stunning waterfront venue
Now for a little bit about this venue, in case you’ve fallen in love with it just as much as I have and may want to host your own wedding here. Located right on the Puget Sound waterfront and the Salish Sea, just a 5-minute walk from the ferry landing, the Edmonds Waterfront Center plays an essential role in the Edmonds community. It’s not only now an incredible venue to host weddings and events—it’s also a place for community members to immerse themselves in connection, activities, culture, and a variety of amazing local programs.
As far as weddings at the Edmonds Waterfront Center go, the venue can accommodate up to 220 guests for a seated reception, and up to 300 standing. The massive floor-to-ceiling windows will provide your guests with unbeatable views of Puget Sound as well as the Olympic Mountains, creating a breathtaking backdrop for your wedding that’s pretty hard to beat. With high-end amenities and services included in every package, such as tables and chairs, professional bar and beverage services, on-site parking, and snack kiosks, it’s easy to plan a stress-free celebration at the Edmonds Waterfront Center. Plus, they have their own in-house catering team, so no need to hire a separate caterer to provide you & your guests with top-notch dishes and yummy drinks!
The event center also provides couples with a full list of preferred wedding vendors, making it 10x easier for you to find people to work with. As your florist, I’m always more than happy to provide my own recommendations, as well. It’s clear that this venue knows exactly how to serve each and every couple with an above & beyond experience—and I’m not just saying that because the space is every florist’s dream to work with!
